This release is from Jay Sinificance’s previous release “The Fountain On Popular Talk†and is a taste of his upcoming project “#Revolations” coming in Spring ’14.
The reason is why its called Tax Free is because no label is taxing my flows to get released. It’s also just a bar for bar mix to show the fans and listeners that don’t know much of me where my lyrical skills are.
