Back in 2002, before there was this huge J. Cole movement, there was a DJ Meddafore mixtape featuring the 17-year-old aspiring rapper, honing his skills under the assumed name “Therapist.” Back then, little did anybody know that this Therapist fellow would be a breath of fresh air. Who would have thought 8 years ago that he’d be one of the hottest acts in a long time to come around and bring some fire to the game.
