Urban Holloway, a native of Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, may be an upcoming R&B/Soul vocalist, but singing isn’t anything new to him. Since the age of 14, he has been inspired by iconic male vocalists including Al Green, Gerald Levert, Michael Jackson, Anthony Hamilton, and Donell Jones. Holloway’s passion for singing and encouragement from everyone around him inspired him to pursue a music career.
His debut EP titled “Open Diary” was released on May 15, 2013
I chose the title “Open Diary” because this EP expresses my thoughts and experiences I’ve had with love and relationships. My lyrics are purposely detailed deeply because I wanted the listener to kinda seep into my mind and feel what I’m feeling.
